Eligibility & Roles

The ARKTIK HonorCard is available only to active contributors providing service within our educational mission. To qualify, you must:

Hold a current 1099-contracted role, including:

  • MLA (Master Learning Assistant) – $150/hr

  • KLA (Knowledge Learning Assistant) – $100/hr

  • LLA (Luxury Learning Assistant) – $50/hr

  • Cohort Mentor – $30/hr (opt‑in)

  • Course-Developer Fellow – $50/hr + 15% royalties

Log a minimum of one paid service session each month:

  • MLA & KLA: 1-on-1 instructional sessions

  • LLA: Group sessions (typically 5 learners per hour)

  • Mentors: Peer support or small-group facilitation

  • Fellows: Content or curriculum development work

Be in good standing:

  • Active with clear service hours

  • Complete ARKTIK compliance checks (LMS records, session logs)

  • No compliance violations or outstanding conduct issues
